• Meet and exceed daily customer service and sales performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary — entry level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
• Comfortable working in Jersey City, NJ on a full-time basis
