Part-Time Graphic Designer

Job Description

This is a remote position. Our client, a Canada-based biotech startup focused on advancing sustainable agriculture and farming practices, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support its Design Manager across multiple brands and digital platforms. You will create and update materials for social media, websites, print, marketing campaigns, product communications, and packaging. You will work across several brands, including GrowMate, Super Microbes, Universal Microbes, Indogulf BioAg, and Swiss Medicare, while learning and maintaining each brand's visual identity. This is an ongoing, remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, contribute fresh ideas, and produce polished, accurate creative work. Employment Type: Ongoing part-time, 20-25 hours per week Location: Remote, Must be available to work during UK time (GMT/BST) or Eastern Time (ET)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social media, branding, print, or product-related design.
• Experience with Wix Editor or a similar website-building platform.
• Basic website or content-management knowledge; experience working with Wix CMS.
• An interest in agriculture, biotechnology, wellness, or consumer products.
• Experience creating or updating product labels and packaging.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
• Experience supporting multiple brands at the same time.
• Able to manage multiple weekly assignments and meet deadlines.
• Solution focused with strong creative judgment and the ability to develop ideas rather than only follow instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when proofreading and preparing final artwork.
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Reliable communication in a remote working environment.
• Comfort using Hubstaff for time tracking.
