Location: Delano, MN
Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule : 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) & 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)
Job Type: Temp | Full-time
About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a plastics/molded parts manufacturing company in Delano, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded components by operating machines, assembling parts, and packaging finished products in a clean, production-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, repetitive tasks, and working evening or overnight shifts with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as a Production Operator: - Remove finished parts from production machines
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble parts using basic hand tools, screws, nuts, and bolts
- Package and label completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role: - Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years
- Must be comfortable using basic hand or power tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be willing to work overtime when required
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Must have reliable transportation to the Delano area
